Head of the Research, Education and Documentation Department

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and facilitate research for various programs / projects
• Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA)
• Develop and implement Capacity Building Program
• Coordination of Institution Strengthening Program
• Coordination of Anti-Trafficking Program
• Development of Newsletter and other publication for communication such as annual report, periodic activity report of Caritas Pakistan
• Development and implementation of Advocacy Campaigns or current issues
• Networking and lobbying for current issues
• Coordination with funding partners
• Preparation and submission of periodic reports of the projects to the funding partners

Requirements

• M Sc Degree in Social Sciences
• At least 5 years experience in the development sector in a reputed NGO / INGO
• Excellent presentation working and presentation skills
• Computer skills in MS Office
• Fluent in English language (writing and speaking)
